Cliff Foster wanted to move into a larger centre to be closer to his family which live over 50km away. Unfortunately, he had lost his wife eight months earlier and it was time to move on.

 

I decided to sell the home through ComFree because I didn't want to pay an agent's commission. I knew the home and felt that I could show it and highlight its features better than a real estate agent.

I saved nearly $8000 in commission that I can now use for other things. In fact the amount I paid to ComFree was about the amount the GST would have been on the agent's commission, which I would have had to pay as well.
